How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts feature a comfortable modern classic unisex fit. We recommend ordering your usual size for a standard fit. For the best fit, check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Every Solid Ground shirt is printed to order. Most orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, though processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days during busy periods.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. These are average timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances may occasionally extend delivery times.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
What if I need to return or exchange my order?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—no hassle.
We also understand that sometimes a purchase simply doesn’t work out. If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to take care of you. Returns are subject to our return policy.
