REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Solid Ground Goods Co., we stand behind what we make. If something is not right, please contact us, and we will work with you to make it right.

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, email solidgroundgoods.pod@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the problem is confirmed, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. If the item needs to be returned, Solid Ground Goods Co. will cover the return-shipping cost.

GOOD-FAITH RETURNS

If the item arrived as ordered but you simply do not like it, changed your mind, or selected the wrong size, we generally accept returns when the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alterations
• Returned in its original condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping on preference- and sizing-related returns. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Because every shirt is printed to order, we do not process direct size exchanges. An eligible item may be returned under the conditions above, and a new order may be placed for the preferred size.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

FAIR-USE POLICY

We want to handle genuine return requests fairly and in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund, or to limit future returns, when we reasonably believe there has been return-policy abuse.

Examples may include repeated or excessive returns, returning worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise, misrepresenting an item as defective, or placing orders with the apparent intent to return them.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided to you by applicable law.
